<p>No time for Yoga? Biting off more than you can chew? I&#8217;m going to help you discover simple yoga poses that you can insert your daily routine.</p>

<p>Let&#8217;s go!</p>

<p>Peek-A-Boo&#8230; I see you over there doing a &#8220;halfmoon&#8221; balance while looking into the fridge for dinner ingredients. Good job! How simple is that?</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img fetchpriority="high" decoding="async" width="1024" height="768" src="https://yogawithlee.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Fridge-cross-process-1024x768.jpg" alt="" class="wp-image-197" srcset="https://yogawithlee.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Fridge-cross-process-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https://yogawithlee.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Fridge-cross-process-300x225.jpg 300w, https://yogawithlee.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Fridge-cross-process-768x576.jpg 768w, https://yogawithlee.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Fridge-cross-process-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https://yogawithlee.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Fridge-cross-process-2048x1536.jpg 2048w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure>

<p>Standing at the stove? Why not do a hamstring stretch while stirring or chopping. First we start low&#8230; then higher we go! This is good preparation for a forward fold (seated or standing)&#8230;..<br>*Don&#8217;t forget to change legs and do the other side.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img decoding="async" width="816" height="358" src="https://yogawithlee.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/blog-image-01.jpg" alt="" class="wp-image-196" srcset="https://yogawithlee.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/blog-image-01.jpg 816w, https://yogawithlee.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/blog-image-01-300x132.jpg 300w, https://yogawithlee.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/blog-image-01-768x337.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 816px) 100vw, 816px" /></figure>

<p>It&#8217;s that simple&#8230; two easy postures to bring into the kitchen. It is essential to start slow with only a few postures. You don&#8217;t want to feel overwhelmed with all the things you need to remember to do while trying to cook dinner. Remember, you want this to become a part of your cooking routine. So be patient, and just practice these two things until you are doing them without thinking anymore, before adding a new pose.</p>
